Description: Breast milk should be stored in clean containers made of glass or BPA-free plastic. It can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or in the freezer for up to 6 months. To prepare #breast-milk for feeding, it should be thawed by placing the container in warm water or defrosting it in the refrigerator overnight. Avoid using a microwave as it can create hotspots that can burn the baby's mouth. It is important to handle breast milk with clean hands and sterilized equipment to avoid contamination. Leftover milk that has been partially consumed should be discarded after an hour and never be reheated more than once. #infants #health #twos
