Refund Policy
No refunds are given once a registration payment has been made. The exceptions to this policy are as follows:
- Unique circumstances may occur that would not allow the student to participate. A 50% courtesy refund may be applied to a future class date for the same class.
- If a class is canceled by ChildCareEd, then a full refund will be given, or a second time and date will be offered.
- Payments need to be made in full prior to the end of class and successful completion in order for a certificate to be issued.
- Refunds in the form of credits may be given when certain emergencies arise.
Course Cancellations:
Each training requires a minimum number of enrollees to run. The decision to hold or cancel a class is made in most cases three business days prior to the start of the class. ChildCareEd, however, reserves the right to cancel a class at any time due to unexpected circumstances.
Business Perks Members
Administrators of a Business Perk Membership will have access to completed course certificates and records of courses completed within that group. The administrator is authorized to track the user’s progress in their assigned trainings. An individual user can be opted out of a training given they have not completed the training and/or been issued a certificate.
Course Extensions
ChildCareEd's individual courses and course packages are available for one full year from the date of purchase. Course extensions can be extended for a maximum of six months. To apply for an extension, contact ChildCareEd 30 days prior to the expiration via email or phone. A payment of $25.00 is due upon request for an extension.
Course Completion Time Limitations
