In order for educators to be successful in working with children, families, and colleagues, they must be aware of the state regulations and professional standards according to all education professionals. In this 3-hour child care course, teachers will understand the following topics: leadership styles, important state regulations, confidentiality
practices, code of ethics, and participating in continued professional development.
