1. Grant of rights

Upon purchase (or authorized free claim), ChildCareEd grants you — the individual account holder — a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the resource for:

• classroom teaching,
• training within your childcare facility, and
• your own professional development.

This is a single-user, single-account license with lifetime download access through your ChildCareEd account.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• create derivative works from the resource,
• resell the resource or any part of it,
• redistribute it — free or paid — outside your own classroom or facility,
• remove or obscure ChildCareEd attribution or branding, or
• distribute it programmatically or through automated systems.

3. Attribution

ChildCareEd attribution included in the resource must remain visible in any permitted use.

4. Revocation

ChildCareEd may revoke this license in the event of material breach. Upon revocation, further downloads are blocked.
