June 19th is an extra special day... We will celebrate Father's Day and the newest federal holiday, Juneteenth. This double importance especially in light of events over the last several years.
We celebrate the importance of fathers in a child's life and we celebrate the official end to slavery and the richness of our country's diversity and culture.

Shared Traditions
Summer is a time for cookouts. Both Juneteenth and Father's Day have a tradition of cookouts with family and friends. And, there is no better way to celebrate a summer holiday than a picnic! It is an awesome way for families to share time and learn dad's secret recipe or to try a new recipe that dad wants to try. H&H is a strong proponent of time spent with dads and good nutrition. We have several classes that can help you encourage good nutrition in your students' families.
