Child care professionals engage in ethical behaviors and practices in order to build positive and engaging family and community partnerships essential to any program. Child care providers’ lasting and positive relationships with families and communities directly benefit children in their learning and development that will last them for a lifetime. After completing this two hour training, participants will be able to give examples of ways to apply and model ethical behavior and professional integrity with families; demonstrates understanding of developing positive relationships with childcare families; and Demonstrates understanding of community organizations that support early childhood programs.
