Trusted North Dakota Child Care Training Provider

ChildCareEd is an Approved Training Sponsor in the North Dakota Early Childhood Workforce Registry (Sponsor ID #26927) — ensuring your training hours are accepted for licensing, employment, and annual training requirements across the state. Our online, self-paced courses meet North Dakota’s rules for child care centers, preschools, school-age programs, and in-home child care providers.

We’re also an IACET Accredited Provider, which means you earn CEUs that are accepted statewide and nationally, helping you meet North Dakota’s expectations for professional development.

Who Needs North Dakota Child Care Training?

Whether you’re:

  • A child care center staff member
  • A preschool or school-age program employee
  • An in-home child care provider
  • A supervisor or director
  • Working toward a CDA Credential
  • Logging hours in the Early Childhood Workforce Registry

ChildCareEd provides approved training that satisfies North Dakota’s annual requirements. However, North Dakota requires that preservice training, Safe Sleep/SIDS training and Mandated Reporter training be completed through the State of North Dakota only. ChildCareEd does not provide these state-specific preservice courses.

All other annual, ongoing, and professional development training hours may be completed through ChildCareEd.
