1) Always the Lowest Price at Checkout
You never need to hunt for deals or coupon codes.
- Automatic Discounts: Any available coupon is automatically applied at checkout to give you the lowest possible price.
- No Stacking Needed: You don’t need to manually enter multiple codes—our system automatically combines eligible savings where permitted.
2) Eligible Competitors
We match current, publicly available prices from:
- Accredited local training providers offering the same courses.
- Recognized online training platforms that sell courses directly to individuals.
- Official provider websites offering equivalent childcare or CDA training programs.
We do not match peer-to-peer marketplaces, auctions, or private group offers.
3) Course Equivalency Requirements
To qualify, the competitor’s course must:
- Match in content, learning objectives, and quality.
- Have the same or equivalent approval or credential alignment (e.g., state registry, CDA standards).
- Be the same format and length (e.g., 3-hour self-paced vs. 3-hour live training).
- Be available for immediate enrollment at the listed price.
4) Exclusions
We do not price match:
- Clearance, discount, or flash sale pricing.
- Auction or marketplace vendor listings (eBay, Amazon Marketplace, etc.).
- Group or institutional pricing not available to the general public.
- Promotional bundle pricing or offers that include free add-ons or certificates.
- Subsidized or grant-funded special pricing.
- Previous purchases.
5) Group Admin & Bulk Purchase Discounts
Group Administrators automatically receive bulk purchase pricing for team or center-wide enrollments:
- Discounts apply based on group size and are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Bulk rates and special group promotions cannot be combined with price match requests.
- Price Match applies to individual enrollments only unless otherwise approved.
6) How to Request a Price Match
If you find a lower eligible price, contact us before purchase at info@childcareed.com or use the “Message Us” button on our website. Please include:
- A screenshot or link showing the lower price and date.
- Competitor details (name and website).
- The ChildCareEd course title you wish to match.
We’ll verify equivalency and process your match or refund promptly.
7) Terms and Conditions
- Limit one price match per course per customer.
- Not valid with other offers, group rates, or discounts.
- Price comparisons are based on pre-tax, same-currency pricing including any mandatory fees.
- ChildCareEd reserves the right to verify competitor pricing and course equivalency and to modify or end this policy at any time.
