Central objective: Describe the purpose of a resume — to clearly showcase a candidate’s qualifications, Montessori training, and classroom experience to hiring managers at early childhood education and child care centers. Supporting elements: Describe observational techniques used in the Montessori classroom (anecdotal notes, running records, time-sampling, and work cycles) and explain how they inform child assessment, curriculum planning, and communication with families.
