CDA Credential Training (Required for Center Personnel)
Puerto Rico established the CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential as a licensing requirement for center directors, teachers, and assistant teachers beginning in 2016. This requirement was implemented as part of statewide efforts to improve early childhood workforce quality, and is widely recognized by ACUDEN and the Department of the Family.

Our CDA trainings support the 120 hours of professional education required, portfolio development, and renewal competency hours.

Group Admin Program
The Group Admin Program allows you to purchase clock hours at a flat price and then assign classes to staff members. This gives you control over your budget and training plan. Purchase hours for staff to ensure they complete their training requirements.

Subscription Services
With Subscription Services, you can purchase training hours at a low one-time cost. There are three tiers to choose from, depending on your needs:
- Basic: Unlimited online training
- Plus: Unlimited online training plus select online CDA training courses
- Instructor-Led: Unlimited online training, plus select CDA online training courses, and one Virtual Class each month led by a trained Educational Specialist
