Oklahoma providers: CDA assessment Scholarship

Did you know that Oklahoma providers can apply for a scholarship to cover the cost of the CDA assessment fee?

The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, Scholars for Excellence in Child Care program, provides an assessment scholarship to eligible childcare professionals for the national CDA credential. The scholarship assists with the assessment fee.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Be employed at a licensed child care facility.
  • Be employed in a licensed child care facility participating in the state QRIS program with a rating of one star or higher.
  • Be employed as a teacher, assistant director, director, family child care provider assistant, or family child care provider (caring for children other than my own) working at least 30 hours per week.
