The role of any early childhood educator is to create a safe, nurturing environment for young children to grow and thrive in as they meet crucial milestones in the early years of their lives. But it is not enough to merely teach the children. This code of ethics, established by the NAEYC, outlines principles that apply to families, community, and co-worker relationships. In this course, administrators and heads of childcare organizations will be able to identify the different principles that make up the code of ethics in early childhood education to apply them to their own centers.Learning Methodology: Online material will be presented in the form of slides, accompanied with speech.
