This certificate course has been approved by the Maryland State Department of Education to satisfy the curriculum portion (second half of the 90 hours) required for group leaders and directors/coordinators in before/aftercare group centers and home centers to work with children 5-13 years of age.

The format of this class is as follows: 33 hours of Instructor-Led and 12 hours of online coursework.
