H&H’s 45-hour Coaching and Mentoring training is a comprehensive training program to help educators and administrators implement a successful coaching and mentoring program.
Coaching and mentoring make a positive impact on the quality and effectiveness of a child care program. A coaching and mentoring program must not only be well-designed but also well-implemented. The purpose of coaching and mentoring in early childhood education is to not only improve teachers’ instructional practices but also to better student academic outcomes.

Child care providers who work with infants and toddlers must know safe sleep practices and how to prevent SIDS; they also must know how infants' and toddlers' brains develop and recognize the signs of Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS).
