RFP U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) - post

Request for Proposals 

Kid’s Villa Learning Center (the “Agency”) invites Vendor/FSMCs to submit sealed proposals to provide food services for three site(s) that participate in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP): Kid’s Villa Learning Center Germantown, Kid’s Villa Learning Center Waring Station, and Kid’s Villa Learning Center Urbana. Specifications and proposals may be obtained by clicking RFP KV Grant2026 beginning on May 27, 2026, until 5:00 PM June 12, 2026. 

A pre-proposal meeting will be held virtually on June 8, 2026, at 10:00, for interested Vendor/FSMCs to ask questions.  Registration is required, send email request to wsdirector@kidsvillalearningcenter.com

Sealed proposals presented in duplicate will be received by Kid’s Villa Learning Center Management, Attention: Andrew Otsuka at 19900 Brandermill Drive Germantown MD 20876 until June 12, 2026, at 5:00pm for the contract period August 3, 2026, through August 2027, inclusive. 

Sealed proposals from those bidders meeting the qualifications criteria will be opened on June 15, 2026, with the award to be made on June 19, 2026. The Agency reserves the right to check all outside references. 

The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals received. All awards are made pending Maryland State Department of Education review for USDA regulatory compliance.
