If you’re having trouble downloading a resource from the ChildCareEd Resource Marketplace (CCERM), the issue may be temporary and related to your internet connection, browser settings, or network restrictions.

First, try refreshing the page and downloading the resource again. If you receive a network or connection error, wait a few moments and try again.

You can also try the following:

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Try using a different browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and refresh the page.
  • Check your computer’s Downloads folder to see if the file downloaded automatically.
  • Right-click the download button and select Save Link As or Save Target As.
  • Make sure your browser is allowing downloads from ChildCareEd.
  • Sign out of your ChildCareEd account, sign back in, and try the download again.

If you are using a school, workplace, or public computer, the network or device may have restrictions that block downloads. In this case, try using another device or network.

If you continue to have trouble downloading a CCERM resource, please contact ChildCareEd Support and include the name of the resource, the browser you are using, and any error message you receive so our team can assist you.

  4. Refresh the page and try again.
  5. Try another browser or device if the problem continues.
  6. Log in to your ChildCareEd account before attempting checkout again.

If you still cannot complete your purchase, contact ChildCareEd Support for assistance.

A PDF file is a document format that preserves the layout, fonts, images, and formatting of a file so it looks the same across different devices and operating systems.

Many CCERM resources may be provided as PDF files because they are easy to view, download, print, and share. You can open a PDF using most web browsers, computers, tablets, and mobile devices.

Leave a rating and review after you have had enough time to review or use the resource. Your feedback should be based on your actual experience and should help other Buyers understand what they can expect.

Receipts are associated with completed orders. Sign in to your account and review your order or purchase history to access information about previous transactions.

A resource purchase is generally licensed to the individual purchaser unless the resource or license states otherwise. If another teacher, provider, or colleague needs to use the resource independently, an additional license may be required.

Your CCERM password is the same password you use for your ChildCareEd account.

To change it, log in to your ChildCareEd account and access your account settings. Use the available password or security settings to update your password.

Once changed, use your new ChildCareEd password whenever you access CCERM.

CCERM uses the information associated with your ChildCareEd account. If your name, profile information, or seller information needs to be updated, log in to your ChildCareEd account and review the available profile settings.

If the information you want to change cannot be edited from your account, contact ChildCareEd Support for assistance.
