The Maryland State Child Care Association (MSCCA) is an organization dedicated to supporting the child care industry in Maryland. Its primary objectives include:

  • Advocacy: MSCCA advocates for policies and legislation that support quality child care and #early-childhood education. This includes lobbying at the state level to ensure that laws and regulations support the well-being of children.
  • Networking and Collaboration: The association facilitates networking opportunities for child care professionals to connect, share ideas, and collaborate. This fosters a sense of community within the industry and allows providers to learn from each other's experiences.
  • Resources and Support: MSCCA provides resources and support to help child care providers navigate the challenges of running a child care business. This may include assistance with licensing and accreditation, business management tips, and access to resources for providing high-quality care to children.

Overall, the Maryland State Child Care Association plays a vital role in advocating for the interests of child care providers and ensuring that children in Maryland have access to #safe, nurturing, and high-quality early childhood education and care services.
