*This is a Nevada specific course. This course is only approved in Nevada.*

Ensuring the safe administration of medication and managing food allergies are essential elements of quality early childhood care. Providers must know best practices in managing medication in a childcare setting to ensure the safety of the children in their care. In addition, the prevention and response to allergic reactions are critical in providing a safe space for children to learn and grow. This course was written and developed by a Licensed Nurse.

*This training can be taken to meet the initial training requirement for Medication Administration.*
