Participants will learn

  • Adult and Child #CPR techniques (This does not include infants)
  • Proper use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)
  • Adult First Aid for common emergencies

Key topics include:

  • Recognizing and responding to cardiac arrest and choking
  • Handling various injuries and medical emergencies

Upon successful completion of both online and in-person components, participants will receive:

  • HSI Two-year certification in Adult CPR/AED, Child CPR/AED, and Adult First Aid
  • Digital certificate delivered via email
  • Confidence to respond swiftly and effectively to on-site emergencies
