Working in early childhood education is all about relationships. Each day, providers interact with children, families, co-workers, and often other professionals in the community. Maintaining positive relationships with all of these groups is essential to effective outcomes for children. Childcare providers working with all ages will benefit from an increased awareness of the components of these relationships. In this 3-hour Zoom training, providers will learn the ethical responsibilities they have to the families they work with and how to nurture positive relationships with families, children, co-workers, and other professionals.
