Join H&H Child Care Training Center on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 6:45pm EST. - 9:45 p.m. for a Zoom training of Super Special School Agers.
School Age children feel secure in a classroom that is consistent: consistency is created with effective classroom procedures, rules, and consequences. A well-managed classroom is one where students know what is expected of them. To be effective instructors, School age before and after care teachers and caregivers, must have in their repertoire effective classroom management skills to create a cohesive, productive classroom. In this 3-hour in-class/Zoom training, participants will be able to develop and implement a classroom management plan that includes rules, routines, rewards, and consequences. New and seasoned teachers will gain useful strategies to use in their own instruction.
