Communication is one of the key foundations of successful relationship-building in the world of early childhood education. Knowing how to respond and avoiding barriers in communication is another part of maintaining professional relationships with families and parents. We developed this course to help you identify effective and efficient communication skills and how to maintain a professional and respectful relationship with children and families.
