Educators must observe children in order to assess their growth and development and to plan for individualized instruction. Understanding the importance of observation and ways to conduct effective observations is essential to high-quality care and instruction. In this 3-hour Zoom training, educators will learn strategies for conducting observations and the various methods of observation and assessment.
