Support Services from ChildCareEd for our Learners

At ChildCareEd, our mission is to help early childhood educators grow—and to make sure you have what you need every step of the way. Whether you’re registering for a course, working through lessons, or reflecting afterward, our support services are designed to be reliable, accessible, and helpful. Here’s how we do it.


Helping You Before You Begin: Registration & Pre-Training

  • Multiple channels of support — From your first question, you can reach us by phone (1-833-2TEACH-1), email (info@childcareed.com), message, or through our online self-registration system.

  • Language and accessibility — Our online training text is available in over 40 different languages (for the text portion), to help learners from diverse backgrounds. 

  • Clear standards & approvals — We’re an IACET-accredited provider, and in states like Maryland our courses are accepted by the State Department of Education (MSDE). 

  • Affordable & flexible options — We offer subscription-plans, group/administrator accounts, and bulk pricing so centers and individuals can access training without undue financial burden.


During Training: Learning With Support

  • Instructor access & communication — While you’re taking your course, you always have continuous access to instructors. We use tools like our “Message Us” board, email, and messaging for prompt answers and clarification.

  • Interactive, up-to-date content — Courses are regularly reviewed and updated to align with best practices in early childhood education: child development, safety, nutrition, classroom management, etc.

  • Flexible course formats — Online self-paced courses, virtual instructor-led sessions, and in some cases in-person or on-site trainings when requested. This flexibility lets you learn where and how you work best. 


After the Training: Feedback & Follow-Up

  • Program evaluation — As soon as courses are done, learners are asked to give feedback on things like course content, instructor performance, the learning platform, and the support they received. Your input helps us improve.

  • Certificates & verification — Once you successfully complete a course—passing tests, quizzes, etc.—you receive your certificate by email. If there are any problems (spelling, delivery, etc.), we provide ways to correct or resend. 

  • Ongoing communication — Even after a course, you aren’t left on your own. We send out weekly newsletters and updates with helpful content: state regulation changes, best practice tips, new course offerings, job postings, and more.

  • Resources beyond class — ChildCareEd offers many free or low-cost resources (videos, sample lesson plans, readings) and is always enhancing supports for all levels of learners.
