Supporting Elements: Define obesity in children, present current statistics, and outline measurement methods such as BMI-for-age and growth charts to monitor progress. Educators will gain practical prevention strategies—nutrition education, daily active routines, healthy eating environments, and family engagement—to implement effectively in early childhood settings.
