*Meeting the social emotional needs of the child. Having a safe and welcoming manner.
*Continually working on Credentialing.
*Assessing and making observation notes on each child thru out the year.
*Parent conferences in the fall and spring.
*Communicating with parents and young children
*Organizing classroom, prep of activities, and classroom cleaning.
*Willingness to help out in other classrooms if needed.
