This entry-level training bundle ensures assistants meet Michigan's safety and development standards while learning foundational caregiving skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be 14 to 17 years old.
• Must be supervised at all times by the licensee or qualified staff.
• Cannot administer medication or be left alone with children.
• Must pass a background check prior to work​.
• Complete 5 clock hours of annual professional development (excluding CPR/First Aid).
