Childcare providers can work on achieving their educational and professional goals by taking the next step on The Nevada Early Care and Education Professional Career Ladder. Training that you take in order to advance on the Career Ladder will also count toward your required 24 hours of annual training.

Placement on the Career Ladder helps you plan your training, education, and career development goals and track your progress toward meeting those goals.
