Professional Development Plans in the Group Admin
Did you know? You have a feature in the Group Admin where you can download your staff's Professional Development Plans containing all assigned and completed classes.
How do I access it?
- Log in to www.ChildCareEd.com/.
- Access the Group Admin.
- Click on the green "Reports" button and then the blue "Training Plan" button.
- Click on the blue "View Report" button next to each staff's name to access the plan.
Why do I need this?
All child care professionals--staff, teachers, directors, administrators, and providers--are required to complete a certain number of clock hours for continuing education every year. Through the Reports feature in the Group Admin, you will be able to download individual Professional Development Plans (PDPs) for each staff member. In addition, you will be able to create beautiful .pdf files by clicking on the print icon.
