Description
This six-page practice tracker helps teachers support toddlers ages 2–5 as they build everyday independence. Record which skills each child is practicing—such as washing hands, putting away belongings, eating with utensils, and asking for assistance—and mark when there was an opportunity to try. Use the customizable space to add an individual skill, then reuse a fresh copy as the child’s practice focus changes. It’s a practical observation tool for daily routines that records practice, not mastery or pass/fail progress.
