Haunted House Ghost Counting Mats: Count and Compare 1–10

Make Halloween math hands-on with haunted house mats and ghost pieces for children to count into numbered houses from 1 to 10. Children practise numeral recognition, one-to-one counting, checking quantities, and comparing groups using more, fewer, or the same. Print the mats and ghost pieces, then cut out and optionally laminate the mats for repeated use at a math center or small-group activity. Start with houses 1–5 and add 6–10 as children are ready.
