Staff morale can either make or break a program. Dealing with staff morale issues can be a challenge, especially if you don’t know where to start. In this training, program administrators will identify common employee morale problems and reflect why employees may have these specific moral issues; discuss with fellow administrators on methods of improving employee morale, and demonstrate efficient and effective professional work habits.
