ChildCareEd is deeply committed to the shared values of MSCCA and particularly their belief that issues of race, equity, and social justice are an integral part of the learning environment. In our work with the early childhood education community, we aim to provide access to quality professional development which promotes cultural competency, antiracist learning environments, and the empowerment of children to embrace diversity in all its forms.
We encourage all Maryland childcare providers to visit the MSCCA website to find their local MSCCA chapter. Through membership in MSCCA, providers are able to advocate for early childhood education and the childcare industry and to lobby for change at the government level. Your voice matters!
