We suggest eliminating the automatic clock-out while we are watching the provided videos. Often, we watch and listen without touching the screen, but the system automatically clocks us out and restarts the video. This can be a bit frustrating and time-consuming. We understand there’s a timer, but while listening, we don’t always interact with the screen and sometimes don’t have enough time to tap it. If clock-outs are necessary, it would be helpful to resume from the last point we left off instead of starting the video over.
