The flow of the software is a bit off. I completed the post test and got a score result already. However, when I logged out and logged back in the next time, it took me back like 4-5 chapters I previously done. I emailed this issue and was told I would be continue at the same chapter after my post test. My original page was at page 200 and I noticed the narrative voice was a woman but when I logged back in; the system put me back to page 134 and I had to redo it again including the post test I had done. The narrative voice changed to a man's voice instead of a woman's voice. I don't know if this is an updated software problem or something? It would be great if the system is consistency as a mom of two with a toddler and preschool; it is hard to find time to study. Thank you so much for your understanding.
