I really enjoyed this training module and will be using the information I learned in a professional setting but also applying it in my personal life. While I knew some of this information, it was great to see and hear it again while also seeing it presented in a different and refreshing manner that will aid me in future conversations.

I found this course very helpful, it’s very hard to really listen to people’s needs and direct them in order to help that person you have to look at the whole person and how they are in a family culture was also very interesting.
