This course was effective and filled with information however some sections were very repetitive which seems to be a waste of valuable time. In addition, there were typos in the quizzes which led to confusion as to if it were a trick question or truly just a typo. There needs to be a thorough review for future course takers.

It would be more helpful to have more ideas and examples and tips for working with children. I think more training on special needs would be great for helping all children. More knowledge, resources, and handouts would be helpful to use in the classroom. I would want more training on health and safety so that we can make sure children are safe, healthy and happy.

Some of the slides had misspelled words, some of the questions I thought were correct were marked wrong. It said the correct answers would be shown for the ones I got wrong, and they weren't. I would've liked to see the correct answers.

This was a great training that really helped me feel prepared for being an administrator. It would be great to show the correct answers after taking post tests (when the incorrect answer was selected). Also, if there is a way to show captions on the videos. Other than that, the training was very user friendly and easy to navigate.

I was dreading having to take this class as on online version. I was pleasantly surprised. It was quick paced and very informative. I really like the structure of the class, the mix between reading information and videos. The test throughout each section were great and I did not feel overwhelmed.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoy your courses and your customer service is always prompt! This training took much more than 45 hours to complete. I learned a LOT but felt some areas were repetitive and could have had fewer videos and checks. I really liked the information presented with the exception of the budget section. I felt that section was weak. As a director/administrator I need to know how to budget for MY business. The section was short and showed some corporate videos that had nothing to do with budgeting in Maryland in 2024 for a small childcare center or large family home. I would like to see some of the repeat cut out and the budget section expanded on. Thank you!

Training was to long 1763 slides too many. Should test on each chapter not 6or 7 chapters at one time. Should be able to move forward without the time sensor allowing only.

The training was informational. However, there were alot of wasted slides because some of the information was repeated. There should be a way to go through the slides with out having the voice reader on, that can be very distracting. There were mispelled words and some of the quiz questions were not understandable the way it was worded.
