Full, Half-Full, and Empty Potion Cards: Preschool Measurement Activity

Use these printable potion picture cards to help preschool children ages 4–5 identify and compare empty, half-full, and full containers. Children look closely at each card, name the amount shown, and compare two or three cards while practising observation, measurement vocabulary, and describing what they notice. Print and cut the cards for a small-group lesson, a math or science center, or a Halloween-themed activity; an optional water demonstration can extend the learning with close adult supervision.
