Required Skills, Education, and Experience

>Candidate must be CPR & First Aid certified and successfully complete pre-employment requirements of Annie’s Early Learning Center.
>Candidates must have experience working with children in a licensed child care program; must have the ability to work independently and be comfortable with exercising good judgement and decision making skills as well as maintaining a safe environment at all times.
>Education Requirements:
*Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education Or
*Associate's degree (60 hours) with 6 hours specifically in CD/ECE from birth-6 Or
*High school diploma in addition to 1 year child development experience in preK, K, or licensed daycare
*Completion of Child Development Certification and High School Diploma.
*9 hour communications certificate
*ADA certificate, Health & Safety Certification
