In this role, you partner with the School Director to support daily operations, mentor teachers, help maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure delivery of high-quality early childhood education programs. The school serves children 6 weeks to 12 years old and offers Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before & After School Care, and Summer Camp programs. Leadership, relationship-building, organizational skills, decision-making, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, professional development mindset, Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, childcare management systems familiarity, adaptability, and ability to meet state licensing requirements. Required background includes an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or CDA, plus 2–4 years of leadership experience and 2+ years in a licensed childcare facility. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to travel up to 10% for training, professional development, and company meetings
