Required Skills, Education, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, at least 2 years of leadership experience, at least 2 years of childcare facility experience or equivalent, advanced early childhood education knowledge, flexibility in challenging situations, strong organizational skills, relationship building, commitment to professional development, effective decision-making, technology proficiency, and MS Office 365 skills. Must also meet state requirements. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability and willingness to drive and/or travel up to 10% of the time for training, professional development, and organizational meetings.
