This leadership role manages daily school operations, leads a team of educators, supports enrollment growth, ensures compliance with state regulations, and oversees educational programming for children from Infant care through School Age. The program serves children 6 weeks to 12 years old and includes Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before and After Care, and Summer Camp. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, minimum 2 years of leadership experience, minimum 2 years in a childcare facility or equivalent, advanced knowledge of early childhood education, strong organizational skills, relationship building, effective decision-making, flexibility in challenging situations, technology proficiency, MS Office 365 skills, and ability to meet state requirements. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability and willingness to drive and/or travel up to 10% of the time for training, professional development, and organizational meetings.
