This leadership role is responsible for daily school operations, guiding a team of educators, and overseeing educational programming for children from infant care through school age. The center serves children ages 6 weeks to 12 years and includes Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before & After Care, and Summer Camp programs. Required Skills, Education, and Experience
Minimum Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA
Minimum of 2-4 years of leadership experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a licensed childcare facility
Advanced knowledge in early childhood education
Flexible in challenging situations
Strong organizational skills
Ability to build strong relationships
Commitment to professional development
Effective decision-making skills
Proficient in the use of technology, including industry applications and MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must meet state requirements
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability and willingness to drive and/or travel up to 10% of the time for training, professional development, and organizational meetings
