Required Skills, Education, and Experience

The following trainings are required
Birth to Five CDA Credential with Portfolio Review
CDA Preschool Credential with Portfolio Review
45-Hour Director-Administration
Early Childhood Program Administration

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years teaching and/or curriculum development experience in early childhood or school-age programs.

Knowledge of state licensing, accreditation, and early learning standards.

Strong skills in training, coaching, and mentoring.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
