Georgia DECAL CDA Application Fee Scholarship

Completed your CDA training? DECAL Scholars may help eligible Georgia educators pay the CDA Council application fee so they can move toward the exam and verification visit.

What does it pay for?

This scholarship can cover up to the current CDA application fee for an approved applicant. It is separate from DECAL's CDA Training Scholarship, which has its own rules and award limit. Payment or reimbursement must follow DECAL's instructions.

Who may qualify?

DECAL evaluates legal status, Georgia-approved CDA training, qualifying paid employment, required weekly hours, and application documents. Employment must generally have been continuous with the same employer for at least three months; the weekly-hour rule varies by setting.
