Creating an environment that is predictable and consistent helps children feel safe and secure. Infants and toddlers rely on the adults in their lives to create this safe space and thrive on these predictable schedules and routines. This three-hour in-person/Zoom child care course will help infant and toddler teachers develop age-appropriate schedules and identify necessary elements of successful classroom environments.
