The Tip Top Tots Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship Program offers a paid apprenticeship program aimed at recruiting and training individuals or groups of individuals in the state of Maryland to enter the #childcare workforce, with an emphasis on gaining clinical experience that builds representation across diverse communities and working with vulnerable populations.
Through the Maryland Rebuilds Grant, the TTT ECE Apprenticeship Program is a year-long
program that offers the following incredible incentives!
- $500-$1000 monthly stipend (based on the poverty level of the childcare center you are or will be working at)
- Fully paid for 120-hours of CDA coursework
- Mentorship and support
- A laptop and wifi
Requirements
- 18 yrs of age
- Proof of work experience or identify where you plan on completing work experience hours
- Answers to Essay Questions
- Letter of reference
