I'm so happy I found this training. It was a convenient way for me to get this certificate. However, I do wish some of the videos were more up to date and some of the information was very repetitive. Overall the training was great and I would recommend this to other educators!

Try not to make the questions so misleading with the wording on the tests. It covers so much information before you actually get tot he tests, itis difficult when the wording is so tricky.

I would say put less videos on the same thing. There were a ton of videos that seemed to be repeats of something that was already shown on a previous video. The same with some of the topics, Listening was in two different lessons and it was the same material just presented again. I would add more on the day to day information for running a center and take out some of the repeat information. Other than that I feel that this was a very good program and helped me to learn a lot.

The content for professionalism and Anti-Bias program development was excellent in this course. I believe the content will significantly help me to challenge myself to better understand the families that I work with better. The reason I would like to see more training on these topics is not because there was not enough information, but I believe these areas are areas most all adults working with children and families need more education in to challenge themselves to grow to better providers.
