Position Summary:
The District Director acts as a leader, coach and supervisor managing the talent, brand and operations of a
district. This includes leading a team of School Directors to deliver on our brand promise. This top leadership
position drives quality and consistency of the School experience across the District to maximize the quality,
capacity and financial success of the District. This role also develops talent and inspires a culture of learning
that is focused on upholding our values, creating an exceptional parent/child/teacher experience, fostering
accountability and providing recognition in order to achieve and exceed business performance goals.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience
**This position oversees 7 locations across Harford County, MD & New Castle County, DE. The corporate office is based in Lutherville, MD. Travel is required among these locations.**
This position requires strong organization and leadership skills to maintain multi-site locations, patience, flexibility, excellent written, verbal and computer skills and strong initiative and problem solving skills, innovation & creativity.
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of OCC staffing and licensing requirements.
- A thorough understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children highly recommended
- Strong verbal, written, computer and communication skills
- Ability to travel to multiple sites required o Availability to work periodic weekends and evenings
Education/Experience:
- Two year degree in Early Childhood Education or Four Year Degree in any field.
- Minimum of five years of management experience; preferably multi-site management experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all CCA licensing requirements.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office.
