Ensure the well-being and development of children in your care
With the help of our curriculum, you’ll foster children's curiosity and help them achieve key individual and age-appropriate milestones
Lead the lesson planning and implementation of inquiry-based activities and curriculum tailored to meet children's individual developmental growth
Engage with and enrich children using positive language, loving care, and interactive play
Proactively communicate with parents regarding their children's development
Closely supervise children and adhere to NYS regulations and Playto policies
Ensure daily, complete, accurate communication via our parent app
Ability to effectively manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment

Have 1+ years of experience working in a Head Teacher capacity
Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field.
Value and create trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Are already or are willing to be CPR and First Aid certified
Early Childhood Certification Preferred
Fully vaccinated against COVID Preferred
